Dear Parents, Guardians, and Guests,

 

Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year!

 

As your new principal, I cannot express how grateful and excited I am to have the opportunity to serve the wonderful students of Global Community High School. This year, you can expect your students to have many outstanding educational and extra-curricular opportunities to keep them motivated and excited about coming to school. Our top priority is, of course, graduation. It is my expectation that each and every Global student should be given the chance to complete their high school education, fully prepared to take on the job market and/or post-secondary education.

 

Throughout the school year, we hope to have the support of the families that represent Global. As parents/guardians, it is essential that you are as much a part of the students’ education as your schedule permits. We anticipate seeing many of you at our Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings, as well as other events during the year. Additionally, our staff will be here to answer any questions and address concerns that you may have. Most importantly, though, we will always be here to support your child in any way, as we move forward through the school year.
